Tuesday: The best swimming session I have had so far. I glided better in the water and managed to do longer distances on every interval. I felt I was going somewhere, that I was getting better, until a guy came and totally destroyed me.
I get very motivated when people show me that I'm not that fast yet.
Wednesday: This was my day at the gym. I did many leg exercises and got way too tired. Usually I'm not tired, but I can into a groove and hope that I will be able to keep this up the next weeks. Even though I didn't lift any harder than before I lifted better and with more exercises. Can't wait to do it again.
Thursday: After becoming really tired after the weight session I decided to try to take a calm day with only stability and mobility. These sessions were harder than expected. Hence rest day on Friday.
Friday: Still tired, and so sore that I could barely sit down, I decided to take a restitution day. Not because I wanted to, but the two intervals with a weight session after might have been overkill. Friday was a good day though, as I had many other errands.
Saturday: Getting back out there after a day with less activity. Had a two hour indoor bike ride that easily could have been longer if I had the time. My resistance on these long rides are higher now, but I'm still managing to keep the same low heartbeat that I want in an endurance session.
Sunday: Not decided yet...
Evaluation: Not entirely happy with the week. If I could have used one less day getting back after Wednesday it would have been okay. Hopefully my body will adapt and get stronger and more suited to endure these type of weeks.
