Yesterday's Instagram post was finished with this question: "What are you training today?" And because of this a lot more people commented on my photos than usual. It wasn't just lots of those generic "insert emoji here" comments either, but more nice comments where people gave me several ideas and inspirations.
My planned activity for the day was supposed to be just a normal two hour indoor bike ride. But while reading those nice comments on the bike, I realised I could go a couple of floors up and do some heavy lifting afterwards, which I did. My payoff was immediate as I was lucky enough to get a migraine the rest of the evening.
Today is a new day. I don't have any vision problems or banging headaches in the way of a very successful day doing fun workouts!
