Allergy season is always such a hassle for runners and cyclists. I am allergic to everything that's in the air from March until July, so I'm looking forward to a great sneezing season.
It just started two days ago, that I suddenly started sneezing after having walked around the city and the local park with my girlfriend. It seems that the nice weather the last couple of days just kickstarted the first pollen domination of the air i'm breathing in.
Something that isn't too fortunate for me is that when one type of pollen stops, another just takes over. Right now Hazel is starting to spread about, and once that is over, birch takes it's place. Birch is the worst, but grass doesn't come too far behind. And grass pollen stays in the air the entire summer. I can't wait for August!!!
This theoretically means a lot of antihistamines for me together with my daily morning coffee.
