One of the main goals for easter was to finish all the bookings for the San Francisco trip. We managed to do so, but because of so many things happening during the easter break we ended up doing it the last night before we started working again.
We're now done with all the living arrangements, car and bike rentals, registration fees, and so on and will now only have to bring pocket change when we decide to go. For our hotel in San Francisco, we were lucky enough to get a location very close to Fisherman's Wharf, which makes transport a lot easier on race day. My bike will be delivered directly to the hotel from the rental place in Oakland, free of charge and all this for less money than expected.
The last part of our trip is not planned, and will not be planned. We are winging it, and only trying to experience as much as possible. So if you have tips on what to do around in California, then tell me in the comments.
