My next race is getting closer and closer. The first half marathon I have run since I did a half ironman. That time finishing with extremely stiff legs, nowhere close to of being able to perform at my highest level.
Not only did I run the half marathon after swimming and cykling, but I also managed to find one of the hillies runs I have ever done in Denmark. Every 5k was started off with a 75 meter climb through a forest.
Anyway, I'm there again. Only a couple of weeks and I'm off to set a new personal record. My game face is on, and this weekend I'll do my second to last long interval training before the race.
