Our plans were simple, we were supposed to go to a place called Venus baths, not far away from the city center, but got sidetracked by an older camp employee telling us that Pinnacle Point was by far the best way to see the valley. It was a 12k return hike, or if we drove our caravan up the mountain, only 4. We decided on the latter option.
We started walking and early on found out that the landscape around us was very pretty. We found this awesome canyon where Flemming wanted to fly a drone, but this nice woman told us that flying in National Parks in Australia wasn't allowed (which in fact isn't correct!). So we put it away.
The pinnacle point view was fantastic, but we got very warm from walking up and down and sorely needed a swim to cool down. Luckily we had such an opportunity at our campsite.
Another great day in Grampians National Park.
